Nexus Tech Groups Driver App

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Nexus Tech Groups Driver App ("Application"). By accessing or using this Application, you ("Driver" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

Eligibility and Account Registration

The Application is intended solely for Drivers registered with a transportation company.
Drivers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Each Driver is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The Driver is solely responsible for all activities performed through their account.

Purpose of the Application

The Nexus Tech Groups Driver App is designed to:

• Enable Drivers to receive and manage bookings.
• Track driver location for job allocation and safety.
• Facilitate communication between Drivers and the transportation company.
• Improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Payments and Third-Party Services

Payment-related services, where applicable, are processed through integrated third-party payment providers.
We do not store sensitive payment details.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Use the Application lawfully and professionally.
• Maintain an active and accurate location during service.
• Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the Application.
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Comply with transportation company rules and applicable laws.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without notice if Terms are violated
• Restrict access due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements
• Disable accounts upon request of the transportation company

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
We are not responsible for network failures, GPS inaccuracies, or device and hardware issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities
• Drivers use the Application at their own risk

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Notifications may be provided via:

Governing Law
